On our Jewish Vatican tour you will have the opportunity to enhance your understanding of the similarities and differences between Judaism and Christianity. First, we will go back to ancient Jewish Rome by exploring the Jewish Room in the Vatican, which is full of sacred Jewish art, writing and symbols. Following on, you'll see the pagan sculpture that personally influenced the great Michelangelo himself! We will continue to stroll through the gallery of Candelabra, Tapestries and Map rooms to the Raphael Rooms, before getting to the grand finale - the amazing Sistine Chapel.

The Popes took a serious interest in Hebrew and the Old Testament, Hebrew was important and considered sacred language. On our tour you will see and learn many factual secrets and curiosities that took place in the Vatican, with the Popes and their great artists Michelangelo and Raphael, and the Jews of Rome.
