This tour is designed for those who wish to enjoy a romantic dinner in one of the most beautiful venues in San Gimignano.. After you are greeted at your hotel in Florence by our dedicated driver you will make your way to the Medieval town of San Gimignano, about 1 hour and a half travelling through the lovely Tuscan countryside will take you there.
Useppi Palace, built in the early 1200s, is located in the central square of the town, which proudly boasts one of the twelve towers still standing on San Gimignano and the quaint Medieval style the town is famous for.
The dinner will start with a standing aperitif in the Central Hall, which encompasses a glass of Champagne accompanied by different kinds of nuts, while a harpist and a soprano will delight your ears*. The whole evening will be accompanied by themed music for your enjoyment.
After the aperitif you will be lead to your table, laid with lace tablecloth, hand decorated mats, porcelain dishes, crystal glasses and silver candlesticks with lit candles to create a classy romantic environment for your dinner and wine tasting.
After dinner your dedicated driver will be ready to take you back to your hotel in Florence.

This day trip is for those who wish to see the leaning tower of Pisa and visit one of the most famous town in the heart of Tuscany, San Gimignano.
You will be greeted at your hotel in Florence, and will make your way to the small city of Pisa. Here you will spend a portion of your morning at the Leaning Tower and the main square, field of miracles , see the main Duomo and Baptistry.
Continuing on along the scenic route in the Tuscan countryside to the medieval village of SanGimignano, with all it’s towers, you can see it from miles away. You can spend most of your time here before making your way into Italy’s most sought after wine region; Chianti. You will spend the duration of your afternoon exploring the wine region and its wineries before you are returned to your hotel.

This day is design for all the Italian food and engine lovers, you can experience the richness of Modena, the home town of Ferrari and Maestro Pavarotti.
Your English speaking driver will pick you up in the morning from your hotel in Florence and drive you to the city of Modena where you have time to explore the town in the morning, the centre is pretty small but full with medieval architecture. Not too far from the centre there is the Ferrari museum, your driver will take you there and you have the rest of the morning to explore and learn how this masterpiece of a machine was created, before heading over to the countryside of Modena for lunch at local restaurant where you can enjoy a very traditional meal.
In the afternoon you will also visit a private Achetaia estate where the true Balsamic vinegar is made and start your lesson on what makes this vinegar so special. You will visit their small cellar where the balsamic is aged from 6 to 25 and to 30 years. You will learn how the Italians for centuries even since the medieval times use the balsamic for different cuisine including sweet, the afternoon spend here will give you a whole new understanding on the balsamic vinegar before heading back to your hotel in Florence.

You will be greeted at your hotel in Florence. and will make your way through the countryside to a privately owned castell with a winery near Florence to start your Tuscan cooking experience.
You will be learning to make some of the seasonal dishes starting from the appetizers, then a pasta dish of course and a main dish, not to mention a typical Italian dessert. After the cooking process you will be able also visiting the old wine cellars and learn about the philosophy of wine making before sitting down to taste the perfect Tuscan lunch made by you.
After lunch it is time to drive the Chianti countryside heading to San Gimignano with its dozen stone towers is one the most famous hill towns in Tuscany. The narrow streets, charming churches and captivating shops and art galleries make your visit one of a kind before heading back to your hotel in Florence.

After you are greeted at your hotel in Florence you will make your way to the heart of Chianti, where you will spend the duration of your morning to enjoy a private wine estate and try the hard work of grape harvesting, “La Vendemmia” in Italian. It is one of the most fascinating experiences you can enjoy in Tuscany. From all over the world to help since it is a wonderful way to learn something about local wine, food, local culture. The exact date of the grape harvest is decided year by year, depending on the weather, the quantity of rain fall and the changes from one vineyard to another. The most important thing is that grapes must have the right level of sweetness. You have the morning to be part of this hundreds-year-old tradition, learn how from the grape become wine and learn more about the wine making process.
After lunch at the private estate you will make your way into Italy’s most sought after town, San Gimignano. You will spend the duration of your afternoon exploring this charming town with all it’s towers,the main square and the main Duomo before heading back to Florence.

Your English speaking driver will pick you up in the morning from your hotel in Florence and drive you to the city of Bologna for a cooking class to learn how to make the true Italian pasta, which for the people of Bologna is consider to be a work of art, to be able to create the perfect fettucini or lasagne and tortellini. You will spend the morning here, make the pasta and of course enjoy it over lunch as well with the local wine Lambrusco before heading over to the countryside of Modena.

Emilia Romagna region is considered to be the heart of Northern Italian food. You will spend your day explore the different tastes of this region, visiting the production sites of some of Italy’s famous Prosciutto di Parma ham, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese as well as Balsamic vinegar of Modena.
After you are greeted at your hotel in Florence you will make your way via the countryside of Tuscany into the region of Emilia and the city of Modena to a visit a private estate where the true Balsamic is made. You will have a private visit to their small cellar and learn more about the tradition behind it, the making of it and how it can be use in different dishes including sweets and get a whole new understanding of Balsamic.
Next stop was to visit the production area of Prosciutto di Parma near the city of Parma in a private factory. Here, and only here, can genuine Parma Ham be produced that follows the traditional and genuine method for centuries. You will go on a tour of the making of the ham, learn the four ingredients that are necessary to produce it and visit the magical aging cellar. Then of course it is time to taste it as well.
Last stop is to visit the famous cheese factory of Parmigiano Reggiano, the cheese that is protected by the European Union and can only be produced in a restricted area, including the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena. Beside tasting you get a tour and visual how this special cheese is made step by step, learn more about the history behind it and the aging process and of course to taste it as well before heading back to your hotel in Florence.

This land has always fascinated visitors for its natural characteristics and beautiful villages. There are nine districts in Mugello: Barberino del Mugello, Borgo San Lorenzo, Fiorenzuola, Marradi, Palazzuolo sul Senio, San Piero a Sieve, Scarperia, Vaglia and Vicchio. Visit the noble residences, museums or the great number of churches and taste the delicious typical dishes of gastronomy in Mugello, wine and olive oil to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this land. Just before getting back to Florence stop at the small village of Vinci where you can visit the very house that Leonardo da Vinci was born, see his museum and learn more about this Renaissance man.

You will be greeted at your hotel in Florence and will make your way through the Tuscan countryside to the town of Arezzo, which was already one of the strongest and richest of the Etruscan towns. Numerous and important archaeological finds in the area show the splendor of the Etruscan art. You can visit the the cathedral, a large Gothic construction that dominates the city. A walk through the town to see its small roads and alleys to the main square, Piazza Grande, which is the most famous site in the town.
After spending the morning there, your driver will take you to another smaller town, Cortona, one of the oldest towns in Tuscany and with it’s history make Cortona one of the most fascinating and characteristic of Italian towns. Here you will spend duration of the afternoon seeing the main church, the main squares to experience the warmth of Tuscany before heading back to Florence.

Here you will spend a portion of your morning sightseeing the town and Duomo di San Martino, walk around the city walls if you wish, before heading over to the small town of Bibbona at the heart of the Etruscan Coast and the region of Bolgheri which is renowned as the “Bordeaux of Italy”, where you can spend the duration of your afternoon sightseeing and wine tasting before returning back to your hotel in Florence.
