By accessing or using our website and/or completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. CONTRACT
A booking becomes legally binding only once confirmed in writing by the Company via email. Upon confirmation, a contract is formed between the Company and the Client. The Company reserves the right to amend prices prior to confirmation. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior communications. Services provided are limited to those specified in the booking confirmation.
2. PAYMENT & CREDIT CARD POLICY
A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. The credit card will not be charged in advance, unless prepayment is selected. If the card expires before the service date, updated details must be provided.
Prepayment may be made up to 14 days prior to the service date via Zelle or credit card. A processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Unless prepaid, payment is due in cash at the end of each service.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email and acknowledged by the Company. The date of receipt determines applicability.
Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the service date:
No cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations made fewer than 10 days prior to the service date or no-show:
A fee equal to 100% of the total service cost may be charged to the credit card on file.
Promotional & Discounted Bookings:
If a booking was prepaid during a promotional offer or discounted rate, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation. In such cases, the Client will receive a lifetime credit voucher, redeemable for future services, subject to availability.
By completing the reservation and providing credit card details, the Client agrees that this constitutes a legally binding agreement.
Cancellation for Tours and Services: The cancellation fees are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total tour price.
i) Cancellation 10 days or more before the services: 0% of cost of services booked. In case of prepayment LIFETIME CREDIT VOUCHER to the client.
ii) Cancellation less than 10 days before the services 100% of cost of services booked will be charged by the company.
4. COMPLAINTS
Any complaints must be reported to the Company as soon as reasonably possible to allow for resolution prior to public disclosure.
5. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information provided by the Client, including details of other participants, will be processed with reasonable care and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6. TICKETS, ATTRACTIONS & THIRD-PARTY TICKET PROVIDERS
Please note that we are a transportation and tour company and do not provide ticketing services for museums, archaeological sites, churches, or attractions. While we may provide recommendations for independent ticket suppliers as a courtesy to our clients, any ticket purchase is a separate transaction between the client and the ticket provider.
We are not responsible for:
– The actions, omissions, delays, errors, cancellations, or policies of any third-party ticket provider.
– Failure of a third-party ticket provider to deliver tickets, vouchers, confirmations, refunds, or customer support.
– Incorrect information provided by a third-party ticket provider.
– Changes to ticket prices, availability, entry requirements, reservation procedures, opening hours, or attraction policies.
– Refused entry due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid tickets purchased through third parties.
Clients are solely responsible for verifying that they have received all required tickets, vouchers, QR codes, reservation confirmations, passes, apps, or supporting documentation before their travel date.
We strongly recommend purchasing tickets only through the official websites of the attractions whenever possible. If official tickets are unavailable, clients may use independent ticket providers at their own discretion and risk.
For the avoidance of doubt, any recommendation of a ticket provider by us does not constitute a guarantee of service, delivery, availability, or refund eligibility. The contract for ticket purchases exists exclusively between the client and the ticket provider.
We strongly discourage purchasing tickets through unofficial resellers, marketplaces, or third-party platforms that may change reservation times, dates, inclusions, or cancellation terms without notice. Clients should carefully verify that they are using the official website of the attraction, as many websites use names and branding that closely resemble official attraction websites.
Examples include attractions such as the Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Pompeii, Accademia Gallery, Uffizi Gallery, and other major Italian sites, where numerous unofficial websites may appear similar to the official ticketing portals.
