You will begin your exploration the ancient and medieval town of Orvieto, known for its vast countryside, olive groves, and winery.
After stopping for lunch, in afternoon you will continue sightseeing upon the hilltop city of Civita Bagnoregio.
Here you will explore the Church of Saint Donato, and surrounding area, before you are returned to your hotel.

This day trip is designed for those who wish to enjoy highlights of the region of CAMPANIA, including POSITANO and the archaeological site of POMPEII or HERCULANEUM.
After you are greeted by your English speaking driver, you will make your way to the region of Campania, where you will spend the duration of your day sightseeing. You will begin by exploring the pristinely preserved site of Pompeii, whose ancient ruins were preserved by the volcanic ash that devastated the city in 79AD. You will stop for lunch continuing along the scenic coast of Amalfi to Positano, where you will spend the afternoon in the winding, narrow streets, and seaside cafes. The trip will conclude when you are returned to your hotel in Rome.
In case you have already visited Pompeii, you can substitute it with Herculaneum. The site is less famous and smaller, but still harbors a wealth of archeological findings, which include stylish mosaics, ancient advertisement and well preserved house complexes.

This day excursion is designed for those who wish to enjoy the best known Roman surroundings; TIVOLI and CASTEL GANDOLFO.
After you are greeted by your English speaking driver, you will begin the tour of Rome’s countryside. You will arrive at the most interesting destination of the ancient Roman elites; Tivoli. In the morning you will spend time visiting the ancient ruins and countryside villa of the Emperor Hadrian. Continuing on, you will arrive in Villa D’Este, the renaissance summer estate known for its exquisitely manicured gardens, fountains and highly praised fresco paintings. When you have completed all of your sightseeing here, you will be driven back to Castel Gandolfo, where you will spend the duration of your afternoon exploring the small village, have lunch and see the summer residence of the Pope before heading back to Rome.
Those who visit in the summer months may have the opportunity to take part in either the Pope’s Papal Audience on Wednesday, or his Public Blessing on Sundays.

This day trip is designed for those who wish to enjoy the highlights of FLORENCE.
Once you have been greeted by your English speaking driver, you will leave your hotel in Rome and head over to Florence. The tour starts from the central and famous market of St Lorenzo, characterised by its workshops and multicoloured stalls, where the Medici Chapels and Basilica di San Lorenzo , the church of Medici’s family, are located. You also stop at the Accademia, which houses Michelangelo’s famous sculpture of David, and upon request, you can also visit the breathtaking Uffizi Gallery. The driver will pick you up from your hotel in Rome and take you back at the end of the day.
Please book your tickets for Accademia yourself for 11.30 am. BUT If you want to visit both Museums, Accademia and Uffizi, then book Uffizi for 11:30 am and Accademia for 3 pm. (We highly recommend you to visit only Accademia Museum in Florence).

Once you have been greeted by your English speaking driver you will leave your hotel in Rome and head over to the Renaissance city of Florence.
The duration of your morning will be spent sightseeing in the city, you will explore the Church of Santa Croce, the Duomo and Baptistery, the Ponte Vecchio, the Pitti Palace, and the Piazza of Michelangelo.
There will be also time for a quick stop at the Accademia, which houses Michelangelo’s famous sculpture of David.

First stop will be to one of the most charming towns, Montepulciano with it’s narrow streets and captivating churches, here you can taste the local Tuscan wine as well as the more aged wine that are world renowned. From here driving the windy road to the smaller town of Pienza a singular example of architectural beauty, harmony and perfection. Here you can stop for lunch and taste their tradition Pecorino cheese.

Here you will find the greatest Etruscan museum in the world, with well-preserved sarcophagi, paintings, tombs, frescoes from the 6th to 1st centuries B.C. and the largest Etruscan necropolis.
Moving on, you will arrive in the medieval town of Ceri for some lunch and further sightseeing. You will spend the duration of your day inside the medieval walls of the city. Before you are returned back to your ship in the port of Rome.
