The Tour
If Italian food is your passion, and your dream is to live a unique experience, then truffle hunting could be an unforgettable adventure.
Your driver will take you through a delightful scenic drive to the heart of Tuscany to Torciano Winery, where you will tour the historic property which has been family-owned for generations. Here, you will receive an introductory lesson on the characteristics of truffles, how to identify them, preserve them, and the fundamentals of cooking. Your professional guide will lead you to the Oaktree forest part of the Torciano Estate, where, with the help of trained dogs you will venture to find your precious white and black truffles.
After your hunt, you will be able to participate in a cooking class where you will learn how to use the truffles in delicious recipes.
You will then proceed to enjoy lunch consisting of local products perfectly paired with local wines.
Lunch includes:
Appetizer of Tuscan cheeses, cold cuts, and bruschetta.
First Course Truffle & Meat Lasagna
Second Course: Roasted Meat and vegetables
Dessert Cantucci biscuits and sweet dessert wine.
