Rome, Amalfi & Florence in 5 Days
The Tour
Day 1 – Arrival to Rome
Transfer from the Airport to your hotel. Your driver will welcome you holding a sign with your name on, ready to drive you safely and comfortably to your hotel in the city.
Day 2 – Rome in a Day – 8 hours
After you are greeted by your English speaking driver at your hotel, you will make your way to the historical center to begin your tour. You will explore the Highlights of the Eternal City: Piazza Venezia, Ancient Rome, the Roman Forum, the Coliseum, the Capitoline Hill, the Circus Maximus, and the Pantheon. Then you will proceed to Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and lastly the Vatican where you will tour with your Private Guide the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica. After the tour your driver will take you back to your hotel.
* Your Private Vatican Guide is included during this day.
Important notice: St Peter’s Basilica might close for last minute ceremonies or mass. We will try to inform you as soon as we can but not always possible.
St. Peter’s Basilica now requires all visitors to pay 1.5 Euro cash.
Please note Vatican Museums are closed on Sundays.
Day 3 – Day trip to Pompeii and Sorrento – 12 hours
After meeting your English speaking driver at your hotel in Rome, you will make your way to the region of Campania, where you will spend the duration of your day sightseeing and rediscovering history. In the morning you will explore the ancient city of Pompeii alongside your Private Guide. Afterwards, you will stop for lunch before arriving in the picturesque coastal village of Sorrento.

Day 4 – Day trip to Florence – 12 hours
Your English speaking driver, will welcome you at your hotel in Rome and then proceed your journey to the “Cradle of the Renaissance”: Florence. You will then meet your Licensed Tour Guide with whom you will enjoy a stroll to explore some of the highlights of the city starting from the central and famous market of St Lorenzo, characterized by its workshops and multicolored stalls, the Medici Chapels and the Basilica di San Lorenzo. You will also walk through sites such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Piazza of Michelangelo all the way to the Accademia Gallery that houses the famous sculpture of David. After the tour your driver will take you back to your hotel in Rome.
Please note that the Accademia Gallery is closed on Mondays!

Day 5 – Fly out of Rome
Your driver will meet you at your hotel in the city and drive you safely and comfortably to the airport in time to board your flight. Please consider about 45 minutes driving time from hotels in the center.
– Note that hotels, meals, gratuities and entrance fees are NOT included in the rates.
– Price includes English speaking driver for all the tours.
– Price includes the driver’s meals and hotel during the trips.
– All Taxes and traffic fees are included in the rates.

Flexibility
Itinerary and pace managed directly with your private driver
Services include pickup from and drop-off back at either your hotel or at your cruise ship in one of our luxury vehicles by an English-speaking driver.
Lunch, gratuities, and any entrance fees to attractions are not included. Also please note that we may change the order of the itinerary at our discretion.
If you are in possession of a Disabled Parking Permit, please bring it with you as it will allow our driver to have better access to the sites, for your comfort.
This tour is suitable for families with children, with a comfortable pace and private service that makes the day easier to enjoy together.
