Day 1 – Day 1 – Arrival to Rome
Transfer from the Airport to your hotel. Your driver will welcome you holding a sign with your name on, ready to drive you safely and comfortably to your hotel in the city.
Day 2 – Rome in a Day – 8 hours
After you are greeted by your English speaking driver at your hotel, you will make your way to the historical center to begin your tour. You will explore the Highlights of the Eternal City: Piazza Venezia, Ancient Rome, the Roman Forum, the Coliseum, the Capitoline Hill, the Circus Maximus, and the Pantheon. Then you will proceed to Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain and lastly the Vatican where you will tour with your Private Guide the Vatican Museums, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter’s Basilica. After the tour your driver will take you back to your hotel.

Important notice: St Peter’s Basilica might close for last minute ceremonies or mass. We will try to inform you as soon as we can but not always possible.
St. Peter’s Basilica now requires all visitors to pay 1.5 Euro cash.

Day 3 – Day trip to Tivoli – 8 hours
Your English speaking driver will meet you at your hotel in the city, to begin the tour of Rome’s countryside and the most interesting destination of the ancient Romans: Tivoli. In the morning you will spend time visiting the ancient ruins of the countryside villa of Emperor Hadrian. In the afternoon you will arrive in Villa D’Este, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, which is a 16th century Italian renaissance summer estate known for its exquisitely manicured gardens and numerous fountains. After the tour your driver will take you back to your hotel in Rome.
* Entrances fees to both Villa Hadrian and Villa D’Este are approximately 12 Euros each site per person. Tickets can be bought on location.
Please note Villa D’Este is closed on Mondays.
Day 4 – Rome to Sorrento via Pompeii – 10 hours
After meeting your English speaking driver at your hotel in Rome, you will make your way to the region of Campania, where you will spend the duration of your day sightseeing and rediscovering history. In the morning you will explore the ancient city of Pompeii alongside your private Guide. Afterwards, you will stop for lunch before arriving in the picturesque coastal village of Sorrento, where you will spend your afternoon. After the tour your driver will drop you off at your hotel in Sorrento.

* Entrance fee to Pompeii is 18 Euros per person. Tickets can be bought on site.
Day 5 – Highlights of Positano, Ravello and Amalfi – 8 hours
You will be greeted at your hotel in Sorrento and you will start your day by visiting Ravello, which is considered the jewel of coastal crown. It’s a polished and refined town located 350 meter above sea level. You will spend your morning exploring its ravishing gardens and stupendous views before continuing your journey. Positano is the most picturesque town of the Amalfi Coast, with it’s Moorish- style architecture bright in terracotta colors. From here you will enjoy your ride to the town of Amalfi which gives name to the whole coast, where you will spend the remaining time before heading back to your hotel in Sorrento.
Day 6 – Sorrento to Rome via Naples – 10 hours
Your driver will meet you at your hotel in Sorrento. You will spend part of the morning in town and then continue to Naples to see some of the highlights of this colorful city. You will explore the main square Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, the picturesque gallery of Umberto and the Maschio Angioino Castle. Then you can have lunch at a local Pizzeria to taste the original Pizza Napoletana! After lunch visit one the most important archaeological museums in Europe with artworks, private collections and the main artifacts found during the excavation of Pompeii and Herculaneum. It will now be time to head back to Rome, where your driver will drop you off at your hotel.
Euro 9 per person the archaeological Museum of Naples and can be bought on location.
Please note that the Archaeological museum is closed on Tuesdays!
Day 7 – Rome to Florence via Siena and Chianti – 10 hours
Your English speaking driver, will greet you at your hotel in Rome and then proceed to ride through the countryside of Tuscany to the medieval city of Siena where you will spend the duration of your morning. In the afternoon you will make your way into Italy’s most sought after wine region: Chianti. You will be arriving to Florence in late afternoon. Your driver will drop you off at your hotel in Florence.
Day 8 – Highlights of Florence and Pisa – 8 hours
You will find your English Speaking driver at your hotel in Florence, who will drive you to the city center where you will meet your Licensed Guide Tour with whom you will enjoy a stroll to explore some of the highlights of the city starting from the central and famous market of St Lorenzo, characterized by its workshops and multicolored stalls, the Medici Chapels and the Basilica di San Lorenzo. You will also walk through sites such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Piazza of Michelangelo all the way to the Accademia Gallery that houses the famous sculpture of David, prior to lunch. Next, your driver will take you along the scenic route through the Tuscan countryside to the small city of Pisa. Here you will spend a portion of your afternoon at the Leaning Tower and the main square before heading back to your hotel in Florence.

Day 9 – Highlights of Lucca and Bolgheri – 8 hours
Your driver will greet you at your hotel in Florence and will make your way along the scenic route in the Tuscan countryside, before arriving to one of the most famous and glorious walled cities of Italy: Lucca. Here you will spend a portion of your morning sightseeing the town and Duomo di San Martino, walk around the city walls if you wish, before heading over to the small town of Bibbona at the heart of the Etruscan Coast and the region of Bolgheri which is renowned as the “Bordeaux of Italy”, where you can spend the duration of your afternoon sightseeing and wine tasting before returning back to your hotel in Florence.
Day 10 – Florence to Venice via Bologna – 8 hours
Your English speaking driver will pick you up from your hotel in Florence, from where you will make your way through the countryside of Emilia Romagna and the wonderful city of Bologna. Second in beauty to Venice, Bologna is one of the most romantic destinations in the world.The extensive town center is one of the best preserved Medieval centers in all of Europe Here you will spend a portion of your day visiting the Cathedral and the center of the city before heading to Venice.
