After your time in San Gimignano, your driver will take you to the entry of the Chianti Valley, where you will visit the Tenuta Torciano Estate, one of the most beautiful wineries in the area. Here, amidst rolling hills and lush vineyards, you will learn the classic pasta-making techniques in the heart of Tuscany. You will tour the historic property before beginning your private pasta-making class. During this hands-on experience, you will learn the traditional Tuscan culinary techniques to prepare different types of pasta, including ravioli, noodles, and more.
Following your cooking class, you will have the opportunity to taste the fruits of your labor with a delicious lunch featuring your freshly made pasta creations paired with local wines and products.
