By completing a reservation, you must demonstrate that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to abide by these policies. Please understand that these guidelines have been set to ensure optimal user experience on our platform. THE CONTRACT
A booking is considered definite only when our Company sends a confirmation invoice or email, thereby creating an agreement between the Company and the agency. All bookings are made with our Company, which sells the tours described on this site or upon the agent’s request. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the agency concerning the subject matter herein and shall be binding. No verbal or written representations or warranties other than those expressed herein shall be considered. The service to be provided is/are the tour(s) referred to in the booking confirmation.
OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU
We offer a variety of tours and services, and each Travel agent that we work with has its own terms and conditions that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our general terms and conditions. The rates that have been published on our website are considered to be net pricing, which means that no additional fees or expenses will be added. Commissions, if applicable, will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
CREDIT CARDS AND PAYMENTS
Each registered agent must provide a valid credit card owned by the agency to guarantee the price and future bookings made by the agency. We will inform you of the date on which full payment is due. Our company must confirm acceptance of your booking in writing. Please refer to the confirmation invoice and/or confirmation email for details regarding the final payment. Our company requires the credit card solely to confirm future bookings, and there will be no charges on the credit card. If the agency’s credit card expires before the service date, the travel agency must contact our company with a new valid card. Payment can be made by credit card, bank wire, or cash. Please note that our agency will add a 5% transaction fee for credit card payments for car tours, shore excursions, or day trips. Transfers, Lecture Guides, and Boat Tours cannot be prepaid for, and are due in cash in Euro currency on the day of the service.
CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE CLIENT
Cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged by our Company in writing. The cancellation fees are expressed as a percentage of the total tour price, as follows:
i) Cancellation 7 days or more before the services: 0% of the cost of services booked. In case of prepayment, a full refund of services will be made.
ii) Cancellation less than 7 days before the services: 100% of the cost of services booked will be charged by the company.
PRIVACY POLICY
Our Company will provide personal information, as well as any personal information provided in relation to persons whose travel arrangements have been requested by the Client. The Company will take all reasonable measures to protect personal information.
